Priscilla Koester has been designing solutions and operations improvements for logistics for the last 7 years. She has been involved in a number of industries such as retail, consumer goods, IT, apparel, airlines, electronic components and homeware. She is familiar with Lean (SMED, 5S, Kanban, Continuous Improvement), Six Sigma (Design of Experiment) and Theory of Constraints. She has a bachelor degree in Micro electronic Engineering, from Griffith University, Brisbane and a Masters in Business Administration from AGSM, Sydney. |
